Anderson Shackles New Orleans Thursday, August 17th, 2023 In a knockout performance, Emory Anderson beat the Dukes 4-0 with an impressive 1-hit shutout. The Banditos hurler finished with 7 strikeouts and 3 walks. He showed pinpoint control and a sharp fastball. Anderson told reporters after the game, "My arm felt good, mechanics were good and my stuff was working... it don't get any better than this." The Dukes manager said, "It was a rough one for my guys. We weren't at our best... and their guy was." So far this year Anderson has 14 wins and 3 losses and a 3.72 ERA. |
