Larson Parks 3 HR in the Seats Tuesday, September 12th, 2023 Fans from Washington are still buzzing after Washington whipped the Samurai 13-5 today at Chicago Stadium. David Larson smashed three home runs in the game. This is a feat that few players ever achieve and few fans ever see. In a tremendous performance the left fielder bashed out 3 hits in 4 at-bats, had 4 RBIs and scored 3 times. At the postgame press conference, he was asked what it felt like to hit three home runs in one game. Larson answered, "To get one homer is special... two is great... three is just unbelievable!" David Larson hit a two-run home run off Brant Wall in the 2nd, flied out in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Mark Wilson in the 5th, grounded out in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Ronald Hart in the 9th. This season Larson is batting at a .287 clip with 13 home runs and 54 RBIs. |
