Rosales and Ward Traded Thursday, November 30th, 2023 The Kansas City Wheat Kings have released a statement confirming the trade of 27-year-old 1B Manuel Rosales and 20-year-old minor league LF Mark Armstrong to the Philadelphia Quakers for 26-year-old LF Alex Ward. The deal was finalized today. Rosales has batted .248 for his career with 108 hits, 27 doubles, 2 triples, 8 home runs, and 46 RBIs. In his career Ward has accumulated a .296 batting average with 141 hits. His totals include 27 doubles, 6 triples, 13 home runs, 71 strikeouts, 67 runs scored, 74 RBIs and a lifetime .343 OBP. |
