Iron Horses Announce Deal for Veteran C Thursday, December 14th, 2023 Team insiders were tight-lipped prior to today's deal that brought 33-year-old catcher Francisco Sánchez to El Paso. Sánchez is considered one of the league's A-list players and certainly will enhance any chances the Iron Horses have to win a playoff spot this year. For his 970-game career Sánchez has hit .244 with 623 hits, 264 RBIs, and 24 home runs. |
