Houston, Tokyo Deal Made

The Houston Black Gold announced a deal with the Dragons today, sending 29-year-old RHP Phil O'Bryan to Tokyo for 22-year-old minor league 1B Gene Roberts and 22-year-old minor league RHP Miguel Taváres. It had been talked about for the past few weeks and everything came together late last night. All players are expected to be joining their respective clubs shortly.
Since coming into the league, O'Bryan has a 24-36 mark and a 5.88 ERA. The 29-year-old hurler also has struck out 495 batters in 483.2 innings and permitted 519 hits.
