PRL Player of the Week Goes to Zhang of Lajas Monday, August 28th, 2023 This week's outstanding performer in the Puerto Rico League was shortstop Pok-too Zhang of the Lajas Firearms. He racked up a .375 average and was voted the Player of the Week. Over the last week Zhang plastered 6 hits in 16 at-bats and 2 home runs, drove in 10 runs and scored 3 times. So far this season Zhang has put up a .277 batting average with 96 hits, 14 home runs and 62 RBIs. |
