Hammond was able to get a hit in every game of the series but one and in 4 of the 6 games he got at least 2 hits. Hammond finished with a series line of 9-25, .360 avg, .441 obp, 1.194 ops, 2 HR, 4 R, 5 RBI, and 2 doubles. Hammond also has the intangible attribute of being a natural born leader and was the heart and soul of the team during the season and this postseason.
